If you answered yes to any of these questions, Yoga On Horseback is a gift to yourself.  With the magic of a horse, you will build core strength, increase your flexibility, improve your balance and clam your stress level – all in just forty five minutes 🙂  Yoga on Horseback is EASY, low impact, high reward.  Your body and mind will thank you.

 

New, beginner riders and new to advanced yogis are welcome.  No experience necessary. You just need the desire to improve your lifestyle in a COVID free, outdoors environment.

 

Don’t worry, Jan will be at your side the entire time assisting from the ground up.  You will learn and experience core horseback and yoga concepts in the 2 Hour Introduction to Riding

How to prepare for class?

 

  • Shoes/boots with heels
  • Stretchy jeans, riding pants or legging.  Half-chaps are encouraged
  • School helmet or your bike helmet

  • Apples /carrots for your horse
  • Deep breathing
  • Smiles always welcome 🙂
