WINNER’S CIRCLE
As a new student, Jan will spend time to learn what you want to acheive with riding horses. Whether you are riding for fun or to advance your equestrian skills, Jan and her school of friendly riding horses will help you get there.
We encourage you to commit to a 12 week season in the Spring, Summer or Fall to gain the most progress through a consistent, repetitve program designed to reach your personal goals. A typical student wishes to learn safe and correct skills in the arena. Then – the reward! – is to leave the arena and ride the local trail network from the farm with Jan as your personal coach. The joy is to be outdoors, experiencing freedom and peace with yourself and the horse with new challenges.
For more advanced riders, we will plan for you to experience an off-farm excursion(s) to local destinations that hold the next challenge. Jan is your dedicated guide for the entire trip.
Jan loves the horse show experience. But you will find no pressure to experience competition unless you so desire. To compete means: “I’m going to test myself and my relationship with my horse.” The most important thing is to find happiness in the experience by just doing your best. Live, learn, grow. As the saying goes: preparedness + luck = success.
